This was the best experience I have had in my ten years of wearing hearing aids. The doctor even removed wax that was lodged in my ear. The hearing test she gave me determined exactly how my hearing needs need to be met and my hearing aids work better than they did when new several years ago

Dr. Nelson was very professional with the hearing test. She was very good to listen to you and then politely make suggestions. As an audiologist she is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She installed my hearing aids and I am very pleased with them. I highly recommend Dr. Nelson and Pattillo Balance And Hearing Center.
